Specially formulated for all day wear. Apply patch to area of discomfort or to venous part of your body, like the top of your arm, inside of your wrist or even your ankle. Allow your body heat to activate and gradually release 10mg of CBD over a 24 hour period. Once opened keep unused patches resealed in pouch. Recommended use within 10 days of opening, although are usable for over a month. Store in a cool, dark place, under 25°C.

The Lady A Daily Relief Patches are not waterproof and we advise that they are removed and left sticky side facing up if you are going swimming, bathing or taking an extended shower and then reapplied once you have dried off.
