How much should I take?
Whilst the concentration and recommended dosages are clearly written on each product, it’s important to distinguish the difference between concentration of CBD and the recommended serving/dosage.
Concentration: The amount of CBD in milligrams in the entire product Dosage: The potency and milligrams of CBD in each serving.
We recommend starting small and working your way up. A good guide is to start with 1mg of CBD for every 20lb of body weight and see how your body responds. You can gradually increase your dosage over time until you find what works best for you.
As of February 2020, the Food Standards Agency recommend that Healthy adults do not take more than 70mg of CBD a day, unless a doctor agrees more.
