HOW TO USE

Place up to 5 drops (0.25ml) of your tincture under your tongue daily and hold for 60 seconds before swallowing.

Holding it under the tongue for at least 60 seconds allows it to bypass digestion and encourages rapid absorption directly into the bloodstream via the sublingual gland and small capillaries.

All our tinctures can be used together to complement each other throughout the day. It is recommended to not exceed 70mg of CBD a day from all sources.
