Lady A’s soothing morning smoothie
125g of spinach
Half an avocado
125g of coconut milk
Half a lemon, squeezed
Half an apple
65g of celery
1 tsp Reishi powder
1 drop of Lady A Morning Tincture
- Mix all the ingredients, except Morning Tincture, in a blender.
- When fully blended, add 1 drop of Lady A Morning Tincture.
- Blend for another 10-15 seconds, to make sure it is evenly mixed.
